LIVING WELL

DYING WELL

Death Doula • Mortality + Impermanence Coach

Safety, Belonging & Dignity

There is no greater gift we can give, or receive, than to hold space for one another in death.

Holding space is to have our needs and desires heard, understood and addressed in order to bring more light, peace, comfort and closure to the time when we prepare to meet death.

It is a time to rekindle an understanding of life’s continuum. This is an integral part of our humanity. No one should die afraid, feel unfinished or be alone at their time of death, if they do not choose to.

Death is the last great mystery, and we can be accompanied to the doorway.—Karen Bellone

Together, we will explore the profound realities of life and death, uncovering new pathways to inner fulfillment and liberation.

Enabling you to achieve a dignified and peaceful death, one that is transformative, meaningful, and reflective of your life.

…To live in this world

you must be able
to do three things:

to love what is mortal;

to hold it

against your bones knowing
your own life depends on it;

and, when the time comes to let it go, to let it go.

—“In Blackwater Woods” by Mary Oliver, 1983.

Oliver captures one of life's most fundamental paradox’s - learning to love deeply while accepting impermanence. The three actions she describes - loving what is mortal, holding it close as essential to our own existence, and being able to release it - form a powerful framework for approaching both joy and loss.
