Fees

Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel their appointment with Katie Louise Cooper up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee may apply. Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis, and are at the sole discretion of Katie Louise Cooper.
